Black and Silver Christmas Card

I borrowed a friends cuttlebug embossing plate to see if I 'need' to own it :)

I wanted to try a different colour scheme for a Christmas card as well.

Christmas Cards

Here are a couple of Christmas cards I did with a couple girls at work. We exchange card kits, this time the theme was using Halloween colours to make Christmas Cards :)

I also used these cards for September's Challenge at my other blog, Christmas Cards All Year 'Round :)

Short Edge of Things

Here is a card I did using my new Cuttlebug Embossing folder.

The three flowers on the edge are embossed on the inside of the card. I cut off the edge on the front flap to show the flowers.

Kit Card

I take part in a monthly card kit exchange and this is the card I made with the kit I just received. I had fun with the chipboard butterfly and sanding the edges, I embossed the white cardstock with the swirl cuttlebug embossing plate and the colours were a bit challenging, I'm not a pink person and always find it hard....but that is the fun part of the kit exchange to make you think outside of your box.
