Pecan Tarts
½ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
½ cup light corn syrup
1 cup pecans, chopped
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
18 mini tart shells
Beat brown sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into shells. Bake 350° for 25 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
