Well I finally got my intructions sorted out for the Spring Card and also the Double Spring Card. Hope it all makes sense. Its just folding so once you get the hang of it, you'll be whipping them up in no time :)
Finished size of both cards are 4" x 4"
Single Spring Card

Instructions:
Using a piece of cardstock 8" x 4" for the base. (you can use any size, just be sure to make it twice as long as wide.

Step 1: Fold paper in half, to form a 4" square and crease with a bone folder. TIP These folds need nice sharp creases to fold properly.

Step 2: Open the base, fold the right side back to the center, creating a ¼ fold on the right end.

Step 3: Open the paper again. Take the lower left hand corner, pull it up and over until the lower edge is even with the score you created in Step 2 and crease.

Step 4: Open the paper again. Now, take the top left hand corner, pull it down and over until the upper edge is even with the score you created in Step 2 and crease.

Step 5: Open the paper. Using the creases , mark the center of the left hand edge and draw a line from that point to the score marks ¼ of the way to the right, top and bottom. These are your cutting lines. Trim off the corners.

Now you have your base for a Single Spring Card, just needs a little embellishing and you're ready to go. Nothing too heavy on the center of your card or it will flop over and not stand up.

Double Spring Card
This is the closed card and then when you open it. The Double Spring Card is just TWO Single Spring Cards glue together on their side:)

Instructions:
Follow everything from step 1 to 5, making two of each
Step 6: After adding paper, but not your final center embellishment, glue the two bases together, one under the other.

Now you just need to finish embellishing the center and you're all set!
