I cut the edge off the front flap and embossed that inside flap with a Cuttlebug Embossing Folder. Paper is Basic Grey "Sultry", and I used pink baubles and Prima flowers.

I like making 'general purpose' cards, no sentiments or images, just paper and embellishments. I used Cosmo Cricket paper and distressed the edges with Heidi Swapp's Edge Distresser and ink.

The Christmas Card is the one I sent Deanne for my Design Team Card, which is on her blog Just My Sketches



I dug out some eyelets, used Cosmo Cricket paper and a rusted metal snowflake charm.





The second card I did for fun with the same sketch was done with K&Co. paper. I turned the sketch on the side to give it another look.

Well the time has finally come. This is my first card I had to make from one of Deanne's sketches at Just My Sketches Design Team.


It's a bit hard to see, but I did some tearing with each of the corner pieces.
